How to find a classic coat for the fall/winter season…
This time of year really is the time to express yourself! Finding the perfect coat takes patience and you shouldn’t have to compromise fashion over function. This is a piece that you will want to invest more money into as this should be able to stand the test of time. Consider shopping second hand and vintage shops. Quality wise nothing new in store compares to the time and attention they put into constructing the coats of the past. Not to mention it’s more sustainable for the environment.
I personally love to wear fur as it is the warmest coats I own. I prefer to shop second hand when it comes to fur because again the sustainability factor as well as how unique the pieces are. There’s also tons of second hand faux fur options out there new and old just be sure to layer up. You can really have on the most plain outfit and style up your entire look with a fire coat.
